CGVA Email Policy
  • Your email address will be maintained in the CGVA Data Base if you have ever registered for a CGVA League or Tournament OR you have ever requested to be added to the CGVA Data Base.
  • Your email address can be removed from the CGVA Data Base if you make a request that it be removed by sending an email to cgva@cgva.org.
  • You may change information maintained in the CGVA Data Base by sending new information to cgva@cgva.org.
  • Your email address will only be used to send information about:
    • CGVA
    • Local and national volleyball information
    • Other information deemed appropriate by the CGVA Board
  • Your contact information will not be shared with other organizations.
  • Typically, all correspondense with you will be via Email. Very rarely, CGVA will send out physical mailings to the physical address you provide to CGVA. Typically this will be done to people whose email addresses we receive failure messages from.
