Registration Now Closed for CGVA’s
Friday-Night Summer Indoor Volleyball Leagues!
Registration is now closed for the Friday-night summer indoor volleyball
leagues at Bladium. Schedules for
both 4’s and 2’s are now available on the CGVA site.
Please note that match schedules for Div
4 are different each week. If you
see any problems with the schedule, please contact the League Director.

League
Play:
|
10 weeks of regular play starting May 20 through August 12. There will be no play May
27, June 10, or July 1.

Tournament
Play:
|
The two week league tournament will be held August 19 and 26.
|

Format(s) /
Divisions:

2-person – mixed division
4-person – Div 4 (mixed) and Div 5 (mixed)
|

Referees:
|
Both leagues are self-reffing, and there will be no MVPs. Teams need only ensure that the final
score of each game is documented.

|
|
|
Substitutes:
|
At least half of the original team must be present to avoid a forfeit. Anyone playing in either of the
leagues may be used as a substitute, regardless of format or rating; however,
upper division players should be conscious of the division they are playing in
if subbing in a lower division.

Player
Ratings:
|
Every player must have a CGVA rating (using the 1 to 7 rating system). Please see the
League Director to verify that someone can watch your play. All players must be rated no later
than the third week of league play.
