Substitution Registrations

CGVA 2023 Winter PYOTeam MONDAY League @ Dive

• Sub players can only play at their division or higher. Higher division/skill level players CANNOT play at a lower division level. 
• For those who are unrated, team captains are required to make an honest assessment to allow for fair play and good sportsmanship. If a board member assesses a sub player to be playing at an inappropriate level for the division, that person may be removed from the team. If this is a repeat occurrence, the team captain and team members may receive disciplinary action. Basically, bring on sub players that are at your division level to keep for good moral and fair sportsmanship.
• All players not already registered for the Monday League must register.
• Cost is $5.
• You will be required to sign all waivers online.
